Dr Max Redman    10/6/46 – 19/12/14

Dr Max Redman, our surgeon at Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre, passed away on Dec. 19 2014 after a short illness.

Max was a dearly loved and highly valued team member at Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre. He had a quirky sense of humour, kept all our nurses on their toes and entertained the patients with jokes whilst doing complicated surgery removing their skin cancers. Max could often be found slipping out between patients to practise his golf swings in the middle of Nepean Hwy!

Max was a wonderful asset to Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre, with his many years of surgical experience, training our junior doctors in skin cancer surgery and skin cancer medicine.

Max will be greatly missed by all his friends at Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre and by many of his loyal patients. A memorial service was held for Max at the Seaford Community Centre on the 19th of December and it was heart warming to see the large number of patients and past colleagues turn out to pay their respects.

Vale Dr Max Redman
