Dr Jeremy Hay MBCHB FRACGP
Jeremy has ten years of experience as a rural GP in New Zealand. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GPs. He has a long-standing interest in skin cancer and has Diplomas in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery. Jeremy has achieved Fellowship with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
Dr Shamini Wiknesh MBBS, FRACGP
Shamini obtained her MBBS and trained in General surgery and cardiology in tertiary hospitals in Sri Lanka. She completed General Practice training in Victoria and is a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). During first 6 years in Australia she has worked in several leading hospitals and rural Victoria. She has successfully completed the certificate of Dermoscopy, Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery and Advanced Clinical Certificate of in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery. Shamini achieved Fellowship with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia in 2019.
Dr Mostafa Ziabari MD, FRACGP, FSCCA, MMed (Skin Cancer – UQ), Aus Derm Dipl, Post-grad Dipl Laser (France)
Mostafa is a specialist GP and has subspecialised in the field of Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery by achieving Fellowship with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA). He is a Fellow, supervisor and examiner of the RACGP and a tutor of the SCCA. He is also a diplomate of medical laser (France) and dermatology (Australian Institute of Dermatology). He holds a Master of Skin Cancer Medicine from the University of Queensland. He has attended and completed several advanced courses and workshops on dermatoscopy, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic anti-aging injectables.
Dr Nadeeja Jayasinghe MBBS, FRACGP, Dip. Skin Cancer Med/Surg (SCCA)
Nadeeja obtained her MBBS from Manipal University, India in 2008. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GP’s and a member of Skin Cancer College of Australasia. She has successfully completed the Certificate of Dermoscopy, Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery, Advanced Clinical Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery and Advanced Clinical Certificate of Dermoscopy. Nadeeja achieved Fellowship with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia in 2019.
Chris has been a melanographer at Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre since 1998. Chris comes from a health science background, working in allied health for ten years. She holds a Certificate of Primary Skin Cancer Medicine, Certificate of Advanced Dermoscopy & Dermal Imaging. Chris has firsthand experience of the effects of melanoma having a strong family history of the disease. It is this personal experience that has driven her interest and dedicaton to skin cancer detection.
Sue holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems. She worked in Anatomical Pathology for twenty years and became a member of our team at Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre in 2004. She has a Certificate in Advanced Dermoscopy, a Certificate in Primary Skin Cancer Medicine and obtained her Advanced Clinical Certificate of Dermoscopy in 2015.
Audrey is a qualified Div 1 Nurse from the Australian Catholic University. Audrey completed the Certificate in Primary Skin Cancer Medicine with The Skin Cancer College of Australia in 2013. Audrey joined Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre in Feb 2012. Audrey is also one of our valued melanographers.
Kylie is a Div 2 EEN nurse. Kylie joined Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre in Jan 2012. She has attended many Dermosopy Workshops at Conferences, and has obtained her Cerificate in Dermoscopy. Kylie is also one of our valued melanographers performing skin checks and molemappings.
Trang is a Div 1 Nurse with a background in respiratory medicine. She recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne and has transitioned her career to Skin Cancer. She obtained her Certificate in Dermoscopy in 2015. Trang is passionate about training skin cancer medicine to patients and new staff.
Michelle is a DIV 2 EE nurse with more than 10 years experience. She graduated in 2003 and was a practice nurse for 6 years before spending 4 years as an orthopedic nurse. She obtained her Certificate in Dermoscopy in 2015. Michelle is also one of our valued melanographers performing skin checks and molemappings.
Ally is a DIV 2 EE nurse who began her career more then 30 years ago at Williamstown Hospital. Ally has a Certificate in Primary Skin Cancer Medicine with The Skin Cancer College of Australia. Ally experienced in skin cancer checks and theatre duties, working at both our Frankston and Mornington clinics.
Deb is a Div 2 EEN Nurse who has obtained her certificate of Dermoscopy with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. Deb joined the PSCC team in Feb 2014 and is passionate about holistic and preventative medicine.
