Dr Jeremy Hay MBCHB FRACGP
Jeremy has ten years of experience as a rural GP in New Zealand. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GPs but has had a long-standing interest in Skin Cancer.
Jeremy has multiple Diplomas in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery, and achieved Fellowship with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
Dr Shamini Wiknesh MBBS, FRACGP
Shamini obtained her MBBS and trained in General surgery and cardiology in tertiary hospitals in Sri Lanka. She completed General Practice training in Victoria and is a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
During her first 6 years in Australia, Shamini worked in several leading hospitals and in rural Victoria. She has successfully completed the certificate of Dermoscopy, Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery and Advanced Clinical Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery. Her latest achievement has been achieving Fellowship with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
Dr Nadeeja Jayasinghe MBBS, FRACGP, FSCCA
Nadeeja obtained her MBBS from Manipal University, India in 2008. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GPs and a member of Skin Cancer College of Australasia. She has successfully completed the Certificate of Dermoscopy, Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery, Advanced Clinical Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery, Advanced Clinical Certificate of Dermoscopy and has achieved Fellowship with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
Melanographers & Nurses
Sue holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems. She worked in Anatomical Pathology for twenty years and became a member of our team at Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre in 2004. She has a Certificate in Advanced Dermoscopy, a Certificate in Primary Skin Cancer Medicine and obtained her Advanced Clinical Certificate of Dermoscopy in 2015.
Trang is a Div 1 Nurse with a background in respiratory medicine. She recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne and has transitioned her career to Skin Cancer. She obtained her Certificate in Dermoscopy in 2015. Trang is passionate about training skin cancer medicine to patients and new staff.
Michelle is a DIV 2 EE nurse with more than 10 years experience. She graduated in 2003 and was a practice nurse for 6 years before spending 4 years as an orthopedic nurse. She obtained her Certificate in Dermoscopy in 2015. Michelle is also one of our valued melanographers performing skin checks and molemappings.
